To create a Quick Flight Plan, first log into uvGO on your iPhone, then select the More button 1 from the bottom dashboard.
Then select the Quick FP 2 option.
Then start inputting your Flight Plan information starting you’re your Departure Airport 3, Arrival Airfield 4, and choose your Registry 5. Then select Time/ETD 6 to go to the next section.
Optional: You can also input an Arrival Alternate, enter a Callsign and include your Flight Status.
On this form fill in your Depart Date 7, Depart Time 8, Cruise Speed 9, and Max Flight Level 10. Then select Weights & Payload 11 to go to the next section.
Optional: You can also enter your AIRAC Cycle on this form.
In this section enter your Number of Passengers 12, Number of Crew 13, and Cargo Weight 14, and then select either APG Standard Weights or User Defined Weights 15 then Apply 16. Once completed select Fuel 17 to go to the next section.
Note: APG Standard Weights information is only available with an additional APG subscription.
Then Select your Fuel Setting 18, and enter your Fuel Weight 19. Once completed select Routes 20 from the top navigation.
Note: If you leave this section blank it will use the default fuel reserve for your aircraft.
In this section, you can choose the route type for your mission. In this example, I’ve selected the Optimized Default route 21 but you can choose any of the route options you would like to use, as well as enter a manual route.
Once you have selected or entered your route select ETPs/ETOPs 22 to go to the next section.
In this section, enter your ETOPs Diversion Airports 23 and your ETPs 24 if you would like to include any then select Calculate 25.
Here you will see your flight plan is ready to file and can view all the information included in your Flight Planning Summary.
You can also select Nav Fees 26 to view your estimated Navigation fees.
Here is the screen for the Navigation Fees estimate, you can also select Winds 27 to view the Wind data for your mission.
Here you can view all the wind data for your mission. Once you selected the View & File 28 button at the top to complete filing your flight plan.
