View Drivania Service Details inside uvGO

To view your Drivania service details directly within uvGO, select the Services button 1 from the leg of your mission in which Universal is arranging Drivania services.

This will take you to the Service Coordination page. From here, scroll until you see Drivania, then select the status button 2 to your service details.

In this example, we will select the Arrival—Passenger confirmation.

A pop-up 3 will then show all your service details made available by Drivania, including the confirmation number, vehicle details (make, model, and license plate number), pickup and drop-off dates, times, and locations, as well as driver details (name and phone number).
