Manage Crew/Passenger Manifest

You can now instantly add new crew or passenger details to your manifest, eliminating the need to send emails or wait for the customer care team to complete your requests.

To get started, make sure you have the right permissions on your account. Need access? Just reach out to us at customercarecenter@univ-wea.com.

Adding Crew/Passenger Information:

  1. Go to the "Manifest" for your leg.
  2. Choose "Crew/Pax."
  3. Select "Add/Manage."

  1. Select "New Crew/New Passenger" in the "Manage Manifest" window.

  1. Fill in the details in the "Add Crew/Add New Passenger Information" window.

Note: Make sure to list the Last Name and First Name information exactly as it appears on the passport. This helps maintain consistency and avoids discrepancies during the verification process.

  1. Attach documents, i.e., passports, by selecting the “Attach icon.”
  2. Then select “Add Document.”

Note: Documents are not required to add new crew or passengers; this is to support the data submitted.

  1. When you are finished select "Save" to add them.

Note: Once a Crew or Passenger record is saved, it becomes easily accessible under your account. This feature streamlines the addition of individuals to the manifest on future trips.

Editing Crew/Passenger information:

  1. Go to the "Manifest" for your leg.
  2. Choose "Crew/Pax."
  3. Select "Add/Manage."

  1. Select the person from your existing “Crew/Pax list” you would like to edit.

  1. Then select “Edit.”

  1. Make your edits in the " Crew/Passenger Information" window.
  2. Once completed select “Save.”

Verification Process: Keep in mind, that edits won't show up right away. The Universal Trip Data Management team will quickly check to make sure your edits won't affect existing trips.
