 Missions Add/Edit New Crew/Passenger

 You can now seamlessly add or edit Crew/Passenger data directly from the Manage Manifest screen.

How to use

Edit Existing Data

• • • • • Access Manifest for your leg
        • Select Crew/Pax
        • Click Add/Manage
        • Click the name to edit
        • Click Edit
        • The Crew/Passenger Information modal will open
        • Make edits and click Save to confirm updates.

Add New Members

• • • • • Access Manifest for your leg
        • Select Crew/Pax
        • Click Add/Manage
        • Click Crew Manifest/Passenger Manifest
        • Click New Crew/New Passenger
        • The Add New Crew/Passenger Information modal will open
        • Enter the necessary details
        • Click Save.

These enhancements simplify the process of managing Crew and Passenger data, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Plus, you can create new crew/pax without waiting for Universal. Note: Our Data Management must still vet entered data.

Missions View Crew/Pax List

You can access crew/passenger details in the Crew List/Passenger List on the Manage Manifest page.

How to access

Flight Planning Generic Aircraft Finder

You can select a generic aircraft profile when creating your flight plan.

How to use

• • • Select Use Generic A/C in the Registry field
    • Generic Aircraft Finder modal will open
    • Select the aircraft manufacturer for the dropdown
    • Tap Select for your desired aircraft
    • You selected aircraft will populate in the Registry field.

Note: This feature is available on both the iPad and iPhone.
