Missions Crew/Pax Download Documents

You can now select multiple crew documents and download them as a single zipped file, improving efficiency over CAPPS.

When you select multiple documents, the system will:

• Rename each file using the format: [CREW FIRST + LAST NAME] [REGISTRY] [DOCUMENT TYPE] (special characters removed) or [PAX FIRST + LAST NAME] [REGISTRY] [DOCUMENT TYPE] (special characters removed)
• Combine all files into a single compressed (zipped) folder named [REGISTRY]_CREW_DOCUMENTS or [REGISTRY]_PAX_DOCUMENTS
• Download the folder directly to your device.

How to use it:

• • • Navigate to your desired Mission
    • Click Manifest for the desired leg
    • Click Add/Manage
    • Select either Crew/Pax
    • Click the View Document button
    • Check the desired document checkboxes
    • Click the Download button
