uvGO Tasks is your centralized, checklist-style way to track what needs to be completed when working with Universal Trip Support Services. For Universal-managed missions, instead of juggling long email threads or scattered notes, all required action items are now organized in one secure location — right alongside your mission details.
Think of it as your mission checklist: clear, prioritized, and built for business aviation professionals.
What you’ll get with uvGO Tasks:
- Centralized visibility: All trip-related tasks in one secure, easy-to-access dashboard.
- Clear priorities: Quickly see what’s mission-critical, what’s pending your input, and what’s just FYI.
- Secure document uploads: Attach important items like crew passports, aircraft docs, and other mission files directly to tasks.
- Better security: Sensitive trip details are protected within uvGO, not scattered across multiple inboxes and varying recipients.
- No extra cost: Included with your Universal-managed trips.
See it in action:
Here’s what you’ll find on the uvGO Tasks dashboard:
- Tasks Dashboard Icon – Access your tasks anytime from the top navigation bar.
- Search & Filter Options – Quickly locate specific tasks or narrow results by criteria.
- Task Toggles – Switch between views for All Tasks, Urgent, Pending, and Completed.
- Time Zone Selector – Adjust how due dates and times display based on your preferred time zone.
- Sort Options – Organize your list by Most Urgent or Most Recent to focus on what matters first.
- Task List – A detailed view of all tasks based on the toggle and filters you’ve applied.
Note: Tasks do not replace your communication with your Universal team. You’ll still get emails and phone support. Tasks simply centralize action items for clarity and efficiency.
How it works:
- On your trip with Universal, your Trip Support Team will create tasks in uvGO for any outstanding items we need from you.
- Emails continue as usual – Tasks simply add clarity, security, and efficiency.
