A Task in uvGO is an action item created by your Mission Advisor that ties directly to your mission. Tasks ensure you always know what’s needed and by when, keeping operations smooth and compliant.
Examples of Tasks
- Submitting updated crew or passenger passports
- Providing flight planning inputs
- Confirming catering preferences
- Uploading certificates or documentation
What’s Included in a Task
Each task gives you everything you need to take action:
- Task ID — reference number at the top left
- Status — e.g., Pending or Completed
- Due Date — critical for time-sensitive service items
- Task Name & Description — explains what’s required
- Respond Below section — where you upload documents, provide inputs, or add comments
- Task Relationships — links the task to your mission, leg, aircraft, passengers, crew, and services
- Secure document uploads — securely add supporting documents (e.g., passports, permits, or approvals)
- Tags — task category added by your Mission Advisor (e.g., Missing Input, Mission Critical, Situational Awareness)
- Comments — two-way communication between you and your Mission Advisor
Staying Up to Speed
Every new task also comes with an email notification, as usual. You can:
- Click the direct link in the email to access the task.
- Or, log in to uvGO online at any time to view all tasks on your dashboard.
Either way, your updates flow securely back into uvGO for full visibility. Even better, everyone else on your team with access to uvGO can see how things are going as well.
