You can easily view or edit any task assigned by your Universal Trip Support Team inside the uvGO Tasks Dashboard. For this example, we’ll be inputting flight planning information.
- Select the Task Title, the task window will open, displaying all details and requirements for that item.
After selecting your task, the task window will open, displaying all details and requirements for that item. Within this window, you can:
- Complete any requested forms or provide information in the Respond Below section.
- Use the scroll bar to view all fields and attachments related to the task.
- Upload any extra documents or files you would like to share.
- Add clarifications or extra information (i.e. route preferences, climb profiles, etc.) in the Comments field.
- Select Save to finish later, or Submit once your response is complete.
After clicking Submit, a confirmation screen will appear, and the task will automatically move to the Completed tab for your records. Your Trip Support Services team will be automatically alerted to the update and will reach out directly if they have any questions.
⚠️ Important: If you need to make changes after submitting a task, contact your Trip Support Services team to discuss. Feel free to reference the Task ID to expedite the discussion.
