Operational Information – Handler (Operational Hours)
To update the operational hours information, the user needs to go to the Operational Information1 page and click on Operational Hours2. This section allows users to manage and update the working hours for a selected handler. Users can define daily working hours, mark 24x7 operations, record overtime details, and indicate if the handler has no physical facility at a specific location.
Operational Hours
When the user selects Operational Hours, the Operational Hours Form opens with two tabs
1.Private Handler 3(FBO)
Add Operating Hours
- Click 4Add Operating Hours button.
- A popup appears to select operating hours (date and time) for the handler.
Form Behavior
- Displays 7 days (Monday–Sunday) and 24-hour time slots.
- User can update daily operational hours.
- Day Toggle 5:
- Click once → Toggling to the left indicates the handler is closed that day
- Click again → Toggling to the right allows the user to indicate the hours the handler is open for the selected day
- clock Icon 6:
- First click 7 → select hour.
- Second click 8 → select minutes.
- Note: the time can also be typed in without using the clock icon.
- Time Range: Start Time- End time format
- 24 Hours Checkbox:
- Select if handler is open 24 hours on the selected day of the week.
- Time Range:9
- Up to 5 time ranges per day.
- Trash icon → remove any added range.
Save/Cancel:
- Click Save → record on the Handler Operational Hours form.
- Click Cancel → discard changes.
View / Edit Existing Hours
- Eye Icon:10 Displays hour details in an easy-to-read table
- Edit Button:11 Opens popup to modify existing data.
Additional Fields
- Overtime Available: Yes / No
- Lead Time for Overtime: Enter how far in advance overtime must be requested in minutes
Once all fields are completed, click Save or Cancel as needed.
2.No Facility
Vendor does not have a physical office or permanent setup at the location but continues to operate or provide services there.
- Click the No Facility12 tab.
- A checkbox is available to indicate facilities are unavailable.
