Operational Information (Handler) – Passengers Logistics

To update passenger logistics details, the user must navigate to the Operational Information module and select the Passengers Logistics option under the Handler section.

Once selected, the user will land on the Aircraft Facility Form.
This form is divided into three independent sections:

1. Aircraft Facility
2. Passengers Transport
3. Logistics

Each section functions independently — users can fill and save each part separately.

 Aircraft Facility: 

• Aircraft Parking Options Map: Drag and drop the pin on the map to mark the parking location. The system automatically captures the latitude and longitude.
• Aircraft Handling Location: Select the handling location using the map-based pin drop feature. The selected coordinates are saved automatically.
• Agent Fee Apply: Choose Yes or No to confirm whether an agent fee applies to the aircraft facility.
• Disability Accommodation Availability: Select from the dropdown whether disability-friendly facilities are available.
• Arrival Crew/PAX Passport Handling: Choose the appropriate option from the dropdown to indicate how passports are handled for crew or passengers on arrival
• Arrival Luggage Handling: Select how luggage is handled for arriving passengers.
• Arrival Meeting Point: Enter the designated meeting point location for passenger or crew arrivals.
• Minutes Crew Should Arrive Prior to Departure: Specify in minutes how early crew members must report before departure.
• Minutes PAX Should Arrive Prior to Departure: Specify in minutes how early passengers must arrive before departure.
• Customs Clearance Timing (Minutes): Enter the average time (in minutes) required for customs clearance.
• Amenities: Select from the dropdown list the amenities provided at the facility.

Upload Image: Click the Upload button to attach relevant images of the facility. 

Passenger Transport: 

To update this section, the user needs to go to the Operational Information page and click on the Passenger Transport tab. The page is divided into four main segments:

1. Landside Pick-up

2. Airside Passenger Pick-up

3. Additional Information for Passenger Transportation Pick-up

4. Passenger Departure Transportation Process

1. Landside Pick-up

• Driver Pick-up Location Type (Crew):  Select the appropriate option(s) from the given list.

• Driver Pick-up Location Type (Pax):  Select the appropriate option(s) from the given list.

• Pick-up Address: Enter the physical address for the transportation company to locate the passengers

2. Airside Passenger Pick-up

     Using the drop down, indicate whether airside pick-up can be arranged (i.e., if transportation is permitted on         the ramp).  

• If yes, system will ask: Is this address the same as for landside pick-up?
• If the address is different for airside pick up, please provide the following details:

     Driver Pick-up Location Type (Crew): Select the appropriate option(s) from the provided list.

     Driver Pick-up Location Type (Pax): Select the appropriate option(s) from the provided list.

     Pick-up Address: Enter the full physical address where the driver can locate the passenger.

3. Additional Information for Passenger Transportation Pick-up

• Additional Instructions: Enter any relevant details such as directions, gate, or terminal information.

• Upload Document(s) or Map(s): Use the upload button to attach any supporting documents or maps.

4. Passenger Departure Transportation Process

• Are the departure processes and addresses the same as for arrival? Select Yes or No.

Logistics: 

This section is further divided into two parts:

1.Departure Logistics

• Expected Procedures at the Airport: Select all applicable options from the provided list that describe the expected departure procedures.

2.Airside Logistics

• How far do the passengers typically have to walk from the airplane on arrival? Specify how far passengers typically have to walk to reach the aircraft upon arrival select the appropriate option.
• Is a ramp side shuttle available and provided if needed? Select Yes or No.
• If Yes, Is there an additional fee for the use of the ramp side shuttle? Select Yes or No.
• If yes, what is the additional fee for the use of the ramp side shuttle?  If yes, please advise the fee for the use of the ramp side shuttle.
