Operational Information (Handler) –Ground Service Equipment

Handler Ground Service Equipment

In the 1Ground Service Equipment module, you’ll see the full list of services available for the selected location. You can disable services, indicating which are no longer available at your station, by selecting the checkbox 2next applicable items. To add a new service, click Add Service 3 which opens an editable row where you can enter all required details.

Tip: Click the arrow 4 next to Service Name to expand or collapse additional fields. When editing, all fields expand automatically.

1. Adding Ground Service Equipment

To add a new service, click Add Service, which opens an editable row. All mandatory fields must be completed before Save becomes available.

Fields and Descriptions

  • Service Name – Select from the dropdown.
  • Commissionable – Select if the service is commissionable.
  • Direct Service – Select if the vendor provides the service directly.
  • 3rd Party Vendor – Add name of the vendor that provides the service. Required only when Commissionable is selected; disabled when it is a Direct Service."
  • Variable Price – Select if pricing varies.
  • Included in Handling Fees – Select Yes, No or Conditional if only included in handling fees under certain conditions.
  • Price Unavailable – Select if pricing is currently not known.
  • Parameter – Unit of measure.
  • Lower Limit / Upper Limit – Upper and lower limits of the parameter for that price.
  • Price – Actual price if no lower or upper limits
  • Currency – Currency of the price.
  • Units – Number of units per price.
  • Formula / Comments – Additional notes or pricing logic.

Conditional Requirements

  • If Included in Handling Fees is set to Conditional, you must complete the Parameter, Lower Limit, Upper Limit, Price, Currency, Units, and Formula/Comments fields.
  • If Included in Handling Fees is set to Yes and the service is Ad hoc, you must complete the Parameter, Lower Limit, Upper Limit, Price, and Currency fields. After entering all required information, click Save to add the service or cancel to discard changes.

Notes:

  • Newly added or updated services appear in light yellow to highlight recent changes.
  • Missing mandatory fields are listed in a red box next to the 5 Save button, which remains disabled until all required information is provided.

3.Edit Existing service

  • To modify a service, click the ellipses 6 at the end of the row and select Edit. Update the necessary fields and click Save to apply your changes.

4.Filter and Column Display

To customize visible fields, click Filter 7 next to Add Service. A list of columns appears with an eye icon 8 beside each one. Click the icon to hide or show the corresponding column.

4.Delete Existing Service

To remove the service, 9 select the checkbox for that row. A Delete button will appear in place of Add Service; once you confirm the action, the service is removed.
