Country Notes:
To add Country notes, the user needs to go to the Notes tab 1 under the Operational Information section. Once the user clicks on the Notes tab, they will land on the Country Notes Home Page. To add a new note, click on the Add Notes 2 button. This will take the user to the Add Notes Page, where a few options will be available to fill in the required information.
All mandatory fields must be completed to save a record. The user must also have a physical address added for the selected location to create Country notes.
Notes Type: The user can select the type of note they want to add from the available list.
What Does This Affect: The user needs to specify which location or area the note affects.
Start Date: Enter the date from which the note becomes effective.
End Date: Enter the date until which the note is applicable.
UFN (Until Further Notice): If no end date is applicable, the user can check this option.
NOTAM Number: If a NOTAM number is available, it can be provided here.
Notes Text: Enter the actual bulletin or note content in the text field.
Once all required fields are updated, the user can click the Save 3 button to save the record or cancel to discard it. After saving, the user will be redirected back to the Country Notes Home Page, where all notes created for that vendor will be displayed.
Editing a Note:
To edit an existing note, click the pencil icon 4 at the end of the respective entry. The note details will open with the current information. Make the necessary changes and click Save to apply the updates.
Deleting a Note:
To delete a note, click the trash icon 5 next to the pencil icon. A confirmation prompt will appear. Once confirmed, the note will be permanently removed from the list.
Searching for a Note:
If multiple notes are listed, the user can use the search bar 6 to filter results. Search by keywords such as note type, start date, end date, or description details to quickly locate a specific entry.
