If you are not receiving emails from WFS, your IT or security team may need to update your organization’s email settings to allow delivery. Share the information below with them.
Allow Emails From These Domains
Ask your IT team to allow emails from:
- @wfscorp.com
- @world-kinect.com
Ensure Emails Are Not Being Blocked or Quarantined
Confirm that messages from the above domains are not being blocked or quarantined by your email security settings.
Optional: Add Sending IPs to Your Allow List
If needed, add the following sending IPs:
- 134.128.93.86
- 149.72.228.134
- 149.72.241.177
- 149.72.242.165
Optional: Secure Email Gateway Configuration
In your secure email gateway, add the above domains and sending service (Twilio SendGrid) to your internal allowlist/approved sender list, including configuring the sending service setting where applicable.
