To add specific notes for a leg or trip, or to upload files, for example, passports, aircraft registration, trip sheets, etc., for your Universal managed trip, follow the steps below.
Select the Dashboard icon 1, then select the Order Services button 2 for your trip.
In this section, you can enter leg-level notes and notes for a specific service 3. To upload documents, select Attachments 4, then select Add Attachment 5.
You can also expand the notes or view the attachments in this section to add or make any changes.
Note: You must click “Send Trip” once you’ve made your changes, added your notes, and uploaded your files.
You’ll then see a highlighted message 6 above on the trip dashboard stating the Trip Support team is processing those changes.
This message will disappear once the team has completed the all updates.
You can also see a record/log of the files that were uploaded as well by selecting the three dots menu 7, then the Instructions Log 8.
Then select the “eye” icon 9 to view historical attachments.
