Follow the steps below to access your subscription and billing information, view invoices and payment history, and update your billing payment methods in uvGO:
- Select the "Profile" icon from the main header menu.
- From the drop-down menu, choose "Account & Billing."
Note: This feature is currently available only on the web version of uvGO. To view this portal, you must have billing access privileges. If you have a uvGO account but are unable to access the portal, please call Customer Care at +1 (713) 378-2778 or email us at customercarecenter@univ-wea.com.
You will then be redirected to the Account & Billing Dashboard.
Here you have two areas you can go for billing and invoices - see your invoices for your Universal-managed trips or manage your billing information for your digital subscriptions.
You can manage your billing information for your digital subscriptions by following these steps:
- Navigate to "View Subscriptions."
This action will direct you to the Subscriptions section within Subscriptions & Billing.
- You can view all your current subscriptions here.
To view your current invoices, follow these steps:
- Select "Invoices" from the left-side panel.
- Here you can view the "Status" of your invoices.
- You can view the "Amount" of your invoices here.
- You can also "View" or "Download" your invoices.
To access your payment history, follow these steps:
- Navigate to "Payment History."
- Here, you'll find a preview of all your payments.
If you wish to manage your payment methods, including adding or deleting credit cards, follow these instructions:
- Go to "Payment Methods" on the left panel.
- To add a credit card, choose the "Add Credit Card" option.
- Fill in the required credit card information.
- Once completed, select "Save."
- To delete a credit card from your account, select the "Trash Can" icon.
- To confirm, select the "Delete Card" button.
You can also view your current mission invoices within this dashboard:
- Select "Mission Invoices" from the left-side panel.
This section displays all your current mission invoices.
To view your mission invoices directly from the main dashboard:
- Choose "View Invoices."
This will take you to the mission invoices section, where you can access all your current mission invoices.
